We do not store your full credit card or bank details on our servers. - Marketing Data: We store information you upload for automation, such as email lists, contact names, and campaign content. - Usage Data: We may collect IP addresses, browser types, and usage patterns to improve our service.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your information to: - Provide, operate, and maintain Jumpix's marketing automation features. - Process your transactions via Paddle. - Send system notifications (via Resend) and customer support emails (via Zoho). - Prevent fraud and ensure compliance with Anti-Spam policies.

4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We share data with trusted third-party providers only to fulfill our services: Paddle.com (Payment processing), Supabase (Backend database and user authentication), Resend (Transactional and marketing email delivery), and Zoho (Corporate email communication).

5. DATA OWNERSHIP AND THE GDPR / KVKK

You are the Data Controller for any customer data (e.g., your email lists) you upload to Jumpix. We act as the Data Processor. You represent that you have obtained all necessary consents from your customers to process their data via Jumpix. Users in the EU (GDPR) or Turkey (KVKK) have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal data.

6. DATA SECURITY

We use industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption and secure database protocols provided by Supabase, to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
