Refund Policy

1. INTRODUCTION
Thank you for choosing Jumpix (jumpix.app). Our goal is to ensure our marketing automation tools meet your business needs. As our payments are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com (Merchant of Record), refunds are subject to these terms and Paddle’s general conditions.
2. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your Jumpix subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current paid billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the following period.
3. REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Monthly Subscriptions: We generally do not offer refunds for monthly subscriptions once the billing period has started. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the Service, please contact us within 14 days of the transaction. Annual Subscriptions: Refunds for annual plans may be considered on a case-by-case basis if requested within 30 days of the purchase, subject to the deduction of the standard monthly rate for the period used.
4. EXCEPTIONS (NON-REFUNDABLE)
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases: - Accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service (e.g., sending SPAM, illegal content). - Users who have significantly used the automation features (e.g., sent a large volume of emails) during the billing period. - Issues arising from third-party services integrated with Jumpix.
5. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To request a refund, please email us at hello@jumpix.app with your transaction details and the reason for your request. Alternatively, you can contact Paddle Support directly as they are our authorized reseller.
6. PROCESSING REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be processed via Paddle using the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
