1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using Jumpix (the "Service"), a marketing automation platform operated via jumpix.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Jumpix provides marketing automation tools, including but not limited to email campaigns, lead management, and automation workflows. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time.
3. PADDLE AS MERCHANT OF RECORD
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all customer service inquiries and returns related to payments. By subscribing to Jumpix, you also agree to Paddle’s Terms and Conditions.
4. USER ACCOUNTS AND SECURITY
To use Jumpix, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
5. ACCEPTABLE USE AND ANTI-SPAM POLICY
Jumpix strictly prohibits the use of the Service for sending unsolicited emails (SPAM). You may only send marketing communications to recipients who have given explicit consent (Opt-in). You must comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, and KVKK. We reserve the right to suspend accounts with high bounce rates or spam complaints.
6. PAYMENTS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring cycle (monthly or annually). You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Refund requests are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and via Paddle’s support.
7. DATA OWNERSHIP AND PRIVACY
You retain all rights to the data you upload to Jumpix (e.g., email lists). Our use of your personal data and your customers' data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Jumpix is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jumpix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
9. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.
