Integrations

Connecting Make (Make.com) automations

Make (formerly Integromat) connects this platform to 1500+ apps using YOUR OWN Make account. The integration is bidirectional. Only admins can configure it.

OUTBOUND — send leads & events to Make:

  1. In Make, create a new scenario and add the "Webhooks › Custom webhook" trigger, then copy the webhook URL it generates.
  2. Here, open Settings › Integrations and click the Make card (under "Webhooks & Automation").
  3. Paste the webhook URL, choose which events to forward (Leads, Meetings, Messages) and click Connect.
  4. Back in Make, add your next modules (Google Sheets, Slack, a CRM, etc.) and switch the scenario ON.

New leads, booked/cancelled meetings and incoming messages now flow into your Make scenario in real time.

INBOUND — push leads from Make into the platform:

  1. After connecting, reopen the Make card to reveal your private inbound webhook URL.
  2. In your Make scenario add an "HTTP › Make a request" module.
  3. Set Method to POST and the URL to the inbound webhook URL shown on the card. Add the header x-make-api-key with the API key shown on the card to every request (the old ?key= URL parameter still works but is deprecated).
  4. Send a JSON body with the lead fields: first_name, last_name, email, phone, source.

Each request creates a new lead in your pipeline. Add an external_event_id to a request and duplicates are skipped automatically.

TWO-WAY MESSAGING (e.g. Instagram DMs answered by AI): You can let the AI read and reply to messages from any channel Make supports. Build two scenarios in your own Make account:

Scenario 1 — incoming message:

  1. Trigger: your channel's "watch messages" module (e.g. Instagram for Business › Watch Messages).
  2. Add HTTP › Make a request → POST to your inbound webhook URL with a JSON body: { "type": "message", "channel": "instagram", "sender_id": "{{senderId}}", "text": "{{messageText}}", "sender_name": "{{name}}", "external_event_id": "{{messageId}}" } This opens a conversation and the AI generates a reply automatically.

Scenario 2 — outgoing reply:

  1. Trigger: Webhooks › Custom webhook. Paste this URL into the Make card here as your Webhook URL.
  2. Add a Router/filter for event = "message.reply".
  3. Map the reply to your channel's "send message" module, using data.recipient_id as the recipient and data.text as the body.

That's the full loop: Instagram DM → AI answer → reply sent back to the same person, all through your own Make + Instagram account. No Meta app review is required on our side.

Note: every account uses its own Make account — your webhook URL and API key are private to you and nothing is shared between tenants.
