Is AI telling the truth about you?

Jumpix AI Visibility checks every answer against the brand facts you enter: name, website, category, audience, key facts and pricing summary. When an engine quotes an old price, a closed branch or a restriction that doesn't exist, the statement is flagged as an accuracy issue with the answer it came from.

Your facts are the reference

The same brand facts are used to recognise your brand in answers and to judge accuracy.

  • A separate view for answers with accuracy issues
  • The wrong statement next to the correct fact
  • A task to fix the source of the wrong fact

Questions and answers

Where does AI get wrong facts from?

Usually from old pages, directories and reviews it reads with web search. The citations view shows which sites appeared in the answer, so you know what to update.

AI describes my brand wrongly. What can I do?

First find where the wrong fact comes from: the citations view lists the sites in that answer. Correct the fact at its source (your own page, the directory, the review profile), state the right fact plainly on your site and in JSON-LD, then let Jumpix AI Visibility re-measure the prompt. If the engine keeps repeating it, the task stays open and you see which source still carries the old fact.
