Introduce your brand
Brand name, website, other names, category, key facts and competitors. Accuracy checks use these facts.
Your customers no longer read ten blue links; they read one answer. See how often ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and Google AI Overviews mention you, cite you and describe you correctly. Learn what to do to show up more.

Sample data · Real measurements use official APIs with live web search.
When a customer asks “which one is best?”, AI names three or four brands. If you are not on the list, that customer never hears of you.
AI recommends your competitor; you are not on the list and you don't know it.
See which prompt and which engine leave you out.
AI quotes your old price, a closed branch or a restriction that doesn't exist.
Catch accuracy issues against your brand facts.
You don't know which sites AI reads before answering.
List the source sites and the open opportunities for you.
Being mentioned, recommended and cited in ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude answers.

The exact sentences customers ask AI. AI suggests them for your sector; they are split into Awareness, Consideration and Decision stages.
Each prompt is asked to the engines you choose with live web search. Every answer is checked for mention, rank, source, tone and accuracy.
A task list from source sites, questions to answer, and alerts when your mention rate drops or a competitor pulls ahead.

your share of mentions vs competitors
average list position: 2.4
Competitor A is mentioned more often: 28% → 34%
Each tab answers one question: what is asked, what is answered, where it comes from, what to do.
Prompts are the exact sentences real customers ask AI assistants. Most don't contain your brand name: we measure whether AI recommends you on its own.
Every answer from every engine is stored: were you mentioned, recommended, cited, what was the tone and which competitors appeared. Statements that contradict your brand facts are flagged as accuracy issues.
“…Your brand is an easy-to-set-up option, but it only offers annual billing.”
actually: monthly billing is available too
AI assistants build their answers from specific websites. Sites cited in answers where competitors are mentioned and you are not are your biggest opportunities; after each run they become a to-do list.

cited 6 times · 4 times while only competitors were mentionedAnswer engines (featured snippet, “People also ask”, AI Overviews) quote content that answers the question directly. The module collects these questions from Google and AI sub-queries; you answer them and track the important ones.
Tracked queries are checked on Google every week: who holds the featured snippet, are you in “People also ask” and AI Overviews, and what is your organic position.
Brand name, domain, other names, category, audience, key facts and pricing summary are used both to recognise your brand in answers and to check whether what AI says is accurate. You choose competitors, engines, run frequency and languages.
Change the settings and compare your monthly usage with the default quota.
Default quota usage: 27%. 1,093 queries left for extra runs.
One query = one answer from one engine, or one Google check.
AI answers vary. That is why we say plainly what we measure and what we can't.
Engines are queried through their official APIs with live web search. No scraping.
Ask the same prompt up to 3 times per run to smooth out random results.
Results can differ from consumer apps; look at the direction over time, not a single answer.
The cost is shown before a run starts; if the quota is not enough it doesn't start, so there are no surprise charges.

Offer AI visibility to your clients as a measurable service.
A clear weekly answer to “does ChatGPT know us?”.
AI Visibility is sold separately from Jumpix plans and enabled on your account by us. Price and quota are set for your account.
It asks the questions your customers ask (prompts) to ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and Google AI Overviews, and measures whether your brand is mentioned, whether it is recommended and at what position, whether your site is cited as a source, your share of voice against competitors, and whether what AI says about you is correct.
GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) is the work of being mentioned and cited in generative AI answers such as ChatGPT and Perplexity. AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) is about appearing in Google's direct-answer areas such as the featured snippet, “People also ask” and AI Overviews. The module measures both: the AI engines are the GEO side, the question bank and Google SERP tracking are the AEO side.
Not exactly. Measurements run through the engines' official APIs with live web search; consumer apps may use personalisation and different settings. That is why we recommend reading results as a trend indicator. Because AI answers vary, up to 3 samples can be taken per prompt.
No. Measurements run on Jumpix's platform keys, within your account's monthly query quota.
One query is one answer from one engine or one Google check. The cost of a run is prompts × engines × samples. The default quota is 1,500 queries a month and can be raised for your account. If the quota runs out, a run won't start; you wait for next month or reduce the settings.
You choose: at most one automatic run every 7 days. If your quota allows, a new run starts on its own when it is due; you can also start one manually at any time. Google SERP tracking is weekly.
13 languages are supported for prompt suggestions and collected questions (Turkish, English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Russian, Arabic, Hindi, Indonesian, Chinese). An account can use up to 2 languages at a time.
AI Visibility is an add-on sold separately from Jumpix plans and is enabled on your account by us. It requires an active Jumpix subscription. Fill in the access request form and we'll get back to you about price and quota.
